The Faculty of Engineering at Lakehead University offers an interdisciplinary graduate program at the MSc level in Control Engineering. This program trains graduates from Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in a joint fashion to promote the effective practice of control technology. The program emphasizes through course and thesis work, the application of control principles and theory to industrial problems.
Enrolment may be full-time or part-time. Part-time study is facilitated by the scheduling of course lectures and laboratories in the evening. By mutual agreement, thesis work may be done in co-operation with a student's employer.
